I had the pleasure of touring this über cool home earlier in the week. It's a special property that effectively takes advantage of sweeping views and an abundance of light. Very modern and open with a keen minimalist style. There is a considerable amount of outdoor space that compliments the interior perfectly. The flow is certainly ingenious. This is a great, low maintenance property, perfect as a pied-à-terre, second home or primary residence. Who needs a TV when you have that view?
